Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness is an essential program that every athlete should look to train with.

This program is also for the normal, everyday population that is looking to improve

their health and fitness. Participants will see incredible improvements in their physical

health. Athletes will gain the edge needed to succeed in any sport.

Coach Neil Herman will bring his numerous credentials to lead his students to their

goals and meet their physical potential. Neil has coached baseball, football, speed

and agility classes. Coach Herman has been a strength coach for multiple universities,

businesses and the USA Military All-Star Professional Baseball team. He currently is

the Varsity Assistant Baseball Coach at Coatesville High School and Varsity Assistant

Football at Phoenixville High School.

Classes will improve physical skills by training with speed, agility, conditioning, flexibility,

plyometric, core training and functional strength training. Coach Neil is a master trainer

that incorporates all these facets into his work. Through commitment, connecting, and

conditioning, Neil empowers his students to transform their lives and achieve great

The hour long classes can be purchased as a ten pack or a twenty pack. Attendance

and payments will be logged at Grand Slam to help you keep track of how many classes

you have used. Small group and private lessons are available upon request. Family

and referral discounts are available. Drop-ins are welcome to any of the classes. As

always, the first class is a FREE trial with no obligation.
